since Quinn's damage heavily relies on her passive and such it's important to quickly buy early cdr so you can consistently get your passive back up on your enemy. so when you have fairly short cd on your q and e, your damage can rival that of a vayne with statik and ie combo. this whole build encompasses both ability effectiveness, fat crit damage, and sustainability in team fights. I've played so much Quinn in the past year looking at differendt guides but most of them never really felt like they really seen quinn for what she was, a complete monster that needs cdr to keep getting that passive reset by her q and e, you don't need armor pen (lethality) just some fat damage with good life steal. with the recent ghost blade rework its pretty much trash, the movement speed bonus is utterly useless for Quinn when she has her w passive for that so that never made sense to me why people build her that route. So enough of my rambling and go out there and fight in the rift and scare anyone whom dares look at you. you destroy every adc YOU COUNTER EVERY ONE OF THEM. melee champs can't touch you bc your e has a 4-second cd. and mages can't touch you because you have already nuked them with that surprise r and e combo. the only thing you really need to worry about is tanks that can chain cc like Alistar or amumu that can interrupt your massive combo. so with that my fellow Quinn mains, i wish you luck in the harsh times where Quinn is hardly played and out of meta we the few can show them just how broken she really can be
