This is how i use to do, take blue rune lvl 1 with help of your jack in box, i start placing them 01.15 and jungle untill i have boots and vampiric scepter maby a gank if i feel like it will give us a kill or turrent, then after that i start roaming (run around and help with ganks everywere and never stay at one place) giving us the kills we need to get some items, after that take ll the outer turrents, if you done this and get away with it its just to keep on doing it untill you win :)
