n the time shortly before the League, there were those within the sinister city-state of Noxus who did not agree with the evils perpetrated by the Noxian High Command. The High Command had just put down a coup attempt from the self-proclaimed Crown Prince Raschallion, and a crack down on any form of dissent against the new government was underway. These political and social outcasts, known as the Gray Order, sought to leave their neighbors in peace as they pursued dark arcane knowledge. The leaders of this outcast society were a married couple: Gregori Hastur, the Gray Warlock, and his wife Amoline, the Shadow Witch. Together they led an exodus of magicians and other intelligentsia from Noxus, resettling their followers beyond the Great Barrier to the northern reaches of the unforgiving Voodoo Lands. Though survival was a challenge at times, the Gray Order's colony managed to thrive in a land where so many others would have failed.
Years after the exodus, Gregori and Amoline had a child: Annie. Early on, Annie's parents knew there was something special about their daughter. At the age of two, Annie miraculously ensorcelled a shadow bear - a ferocious denizen of the petrified forests outside the colony - turning it into her pet. To this day she keeps her bear ''Tibbers'' by her side, often keeping him spellbound as a stuffed doll to be carried like a child's toy. The combination of Annie's lineage and the dark magic of her birthplace have given this little girl tremendous arcane power. It is this same girl who now finds herself as one of the most sought-after champions within the League of Legends - even by the city-state that would have exiled her parents had they not fled beforehand.

PYROMANIAAfter casting 5 spells, Annie's next spell will stun the target for 1.75 seconds.
DISEGNEATEAnnie flings a mana infused fireball dealing 90 / 130 / 170 / 215 / 260 (+60% of ability power) magic damage. Disintegrate's mana cost is refunded if it deals a killing blow.
-I take this abilitz whenever availible
INCIERATEAnnie casts a cone of fire dealing 85 / 145 / 205 / 265 / 325 (+60% of ability power) magic damage to all enemy targets in the area.
-I max it by level 12
MOLTEN SHIELDPlaces a shield around Annie for 15 seconds, increasing her armor and magic resistance by 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50. Deals 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 (+20% of ability power) magic damage to enemies who attack Annie with melee attacks.
-I take it when point in other spells are unavailible.
SUMMON TIBBERSDeals 200 / 325 / 450 (+70% of ability power) magic damage to units in the target area and summons Annie's bear, Tibbers, to destroy her enemies.
Tibbers has 1200 / 1600 / 2000 health and 80 / 105 / 130 attack damage, and continually deals magic damage to surrounding enemies.
-I take Tibbers whenever availible
Pusher/Her W after getting it ranked up clears all minion wave
Farmer/Disegneate is great farming tool.
Can 3 hit her enemies
Cutest voice in game
She has a bear
She farms easz like hell.
Requiers mana regenaration
Needs flat ap.
Tibbers is slow.
No escape mechanism withoun ghost and pzromania.

Mana is issue
Low Speed.Thats why i take ghost.
Magic resist could be better.
I take typical 9 0 21 masteries for mages.
I focus on abilitz power per level and magic penatration in offense.
While on mana regenaration,improved ghost,cooldown reduction and more experience and more money.
Magic pen marks.-Every mage needs penatration.
Flat Health seals.-Becouse Annie is squishz as hell.
Flat ability power glzphs and quintessences.So you get fed like pro early on.
Early on.....If you need big survaibility grab.....If your tank is doing just fine
Sell dorans ring after and buy
ChargeStun all enemies withFinish AoE withKill lowest target withAnd however useIf dps enemy is focusing you.
Leave that to your support.If zou have mana issues.If you are focused by heavy cc team.She doesnt really need exhaust...Ghost is way better.Leave that to tnaks.Allows you to stay and get in range for your combo.Noob spell.Take it if youre noob.Finishses of running targets and adds nicely to your combo.No longer exsists.Facepalm.Are you pusher...Are zou tank.....NOPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE.Dont take revive.Ummm Annie isnt jungler.Allows you to teleport to other lanes and assasinate enemies and help your allies.
