Spells/Abilities Come Into Perspective As You Would Like Your'e Team To Get The First Kill Of The Game, That's Why You Put x1 Skill Point Into 'Counter Strike'; This Stuns The Enemy For A Short Period Of Time But Allows Your Team To Zerg/Smash Him Down A.S.A.P & Hopefully Gain 1-2 Kills Out Of That Battle.

As You Hit Into Mid-Game(15-30Mins) It Starts To Get Hectic As The Enemy Team Starts To Get More Skills/HP & Items, You Always Need To Be Above That; By Now You Should Have 'Berserker's Greaves & x2 Guinsoo's Rageblades. If You Dont, I'd Consider Farming Minions & Jungle/Ganking Other Enemies.

By Now Your'e Ultimate Passive Should Be Hitting Reasonable Damage & The Stacks Should Be Increasing Your'e Performance Like Crazy. Depending On The Situation, You Would Normally Go And Get Every Buff From Gollems And Dragons As Possible, Elixars Are A Maybe (Only If The Team Is Really Squishy & You Can Smash Turrets Fast).

Now Your On Your'e Way To Becoming An ANIMAL!, Where Your'e Focusing On Getting The Rest Of Your Items Such As 'Blood-Thurster, Phantom Dancer & Infinity Edge'

Start By Getting 'x2 Daggers & Brawler's Gloves' This Will Boost Your Critical Strikes And Attack Speed As You Are Focusing On Getting Your Phantom Dancer.
