Introdution
Although this Build is very expensive you won't die soon after you get focused, when you get Build complete. This is a lane Rammus guide, cause I can't jungle.
I would appreciate, if you explain your vote on my build, so I know which is good and which should I change. Because of that please vote AFTER you read the whole build.
PS: If you've see a similar Itembuild like this by a guest, thats mine, too, but I failed to log in.
Like you see, I don't have a 21 Pionts in one Masterytree and 9 in another. In my opinion a Tank should use all possibilities for more durability, so I skilled my masteries.
In Addition I added Mecenary for bonus gold in order to afford the full itembuild earlier.
In Utility I get Summoner's Insight for less Flash cooldown and Good Hands for earlier respawning.
Any questions to my choice of the masteries? ask.

The first Item, Doran's Shield, is the best choice for Rammus. More life, more Armor, more Damage(passive) and more lifereg. Then I get Ninja Tabi/Mercury Treads. If the enemy's Team is AD-based take Ninja Tabi. If the enemy's team is balanced and got many ccs, or is AP-based, then get Mercurys.
Depending on my lane I buy next Thornmail or Force of Nature, but I always buy a Chain West first, in order to tank the tower better. The next Item is the other Item I didn't bought(Thornmail/Force of Nature). Then I go for my two Warmog's for more durability and better lifereg due to the Force of Nature.
The last item is Atma's Impaler, because I farmed many creeps after the two Warmog's for more health. If the Build is complete I buy at least the AP increasing Potion for more Damage of Tremors in Teamfights.
Ask if you got a question.

Twisted Treeline + Firstblood:
When my team wants Firstblood, I get Powerball. when the team is ready, I activate Powerball and go in the Brush, in order to start the fight. Then I max the Taunt, and get Defensive Ball Curl at level 4, or when I got problems at level 2 or 3. Then max Defensive Ball Crul and at last Powerball.
Summoner's Rift and Twisted Treeline without Firstblood:
I start with Defensive Ball Curl for more laneduration and more damage. Then I go like I described in sill sequence.

I take with Rammus Flash and either Heal or Exhaust, depending on the Summonerspells my Teammates got.
You could also replace Flash od Heal/Exhaust with Ghost for better chasing/escaping. You also can replace Heal/Exhaust with Cleanse, which let you get rid of all ccs and the effects of Ignite/Exhaust. It could be very useful and saves you life, when ignite would kill you.
I don't take Ignite, when I play tank Rammus, cause it could steal the kill and in my opinion a good tank has got many supports and less kills.
The only exception for getting a kill with a tank is, that you fight alone or you mate died.

This is my way to play Rammus, so if this way don't suits you, you should play him with in an other way because there are many other guildes for Rammus.
I repeating: Ask if you got a question and please explain your vote, cause it would help me alot to advance this build.
English is NOT my native language, so I ask you to correct me, if you see a mistake, thank you. Please do not downvote this build only because it is not well written or a bit confusing/unclear.
Thank you for reading my guide.
