Forewords:
Hi this is my first guide ever, so i would wery much appreciate if you threw a comment if you think this guide need´s something. By the way english isent my main language so i cant promise that there wont be some mistakes!

SUMMONER SPELLS!?

Clarity - Provides you and your lane partner with a refill of mana when needed, which may result in you & your lanepartner controling the lane better. When playing rammus there is alot of gank opportunities because you your Powerball & Puncturing Taunt, and that costs alot of mana, so clarity is by far the best choice!

Exhaust - This spell can be used either as an escape mechanism or you could use it offensive. But thats not all, cause if you in a 1v1 fight with someone and he got the upper hand you can easily turn the fight around by using exhaust on him!

MASTERIES!?

Offense:
Cripple - Picked this one to make the succes rate higher when Exhause is used

Denfense:
Hardiness - Armor = Damage + surivability!
Resistance - Less likely to get killed by casters!
Strength of Spirit - Longer lanetime before you have to return
Evasion - Dodge = Greater survivability + this mastery unlucks Nimbleness
Nimbleness - Great for either fleeing or chasing down enemies!
Harden Skin - Simply making you tougher!
Veteran´s Scars - More Health is never a bad thing!
Tenacity - awesome masterie, provides insane survivability!!!

Utility:
Good Hand - less "dead time" is always usefull but i only picked this the unluck masteries further down the Utility treee
Perservance - Longer lane time!
Awareness - More exp! Nice nice nice!

RAMMUS SKILLS!?

Well Rammus´ skills order pretty much depends on your playstyle, but i would like to give away some advises!

- Pick Powerball early! this is a perfect spell for hunting down fleeing enemies or fleeing yourself, above that it has a awesome stun which can hit multible target!
- Get Taunt up! This might be Rammus´ most powerfull "teamfight/gank" spell. Just run in taunt the enemy and watch while the rest of your team will bring them down!
- Dont be to cheap with your Ultimate, the cooldown time isent that long!

RUNE BUILD!?

Greater Glyph of Warding x9 - Just to fend of the casters too ;)
Greater Seal of resillience x9
Greater Mark of resillience x9
Greater Quintessence of resillience x3

Most of theme are Armor runes cause in Rammus´ chase:
Armor = Survivability/Damage!!!

ITEM BUILD!?
This depends alot on which heroes the enemy picked, so figured out 3 differnt "endgame" builds!

1st!
If the enemy team picked 3caster & 2 melee or 2caster & 3melee, you should go for the build i postet above!

2nd
If the team picked 4 casters & 1 melee go for this build:

Heart of gold x2 - Some Health & armor + an awesome 1g per sec!
Ninja tabi - Movement speed & some dodge which will help Nimbleness trigger!
Chalice of Harmony - Nice cheep Magic ressistance + Cool mana regen :D!
Force of Nature x2 - Insane Health regen & Magic ressist + movement speed
After this sell your Heart of Gold..
Banshee´s Veil - Insane Hp & Mana & Magic ressist + a effect that fend´s of the next spell caster oppon you with only 30sec cooldown!
Guardian Angel - Much Armor & magic resist + revive effect

3rd!
If the enemies picked 4 melee´s & 1 caster go for this one!

Heart of gold x2 - Some health & armor + 1g each second!
Ninja Tabi - Movement speed + some dodge that will help your Nimbleness mastery trigger!
Wardens Mail - Nice Armor & Health regen + slow effect on champions that hits u!
Thornmail - Pwn´s nasty carries!
Sunfire cape - Armor & health + aoe dmg ;D
Randuin´s Omen - Combine Heart of gold & Warden´s Mail = 1 More item spot!
For the last spot u can actually pick whatever u like :D but i suggest:
Atma´s Impaler - Armor + Crit = nice damage!
Sunfire cape - Armor & health + aoe damage!!
