Hey, all. This is my first guide I have made so don't expect it to be in major detail.
Dominion Beta is out and by now everyone is familiar as to how it works. Capping points to destroy the enemy nexus with an energy beam. If you have more control points (cp) than the enemy team, then the enemy team's nexus get's hurt. The more cp controlled, the greater the damage. Here is a quick run down as to how to play rammus in Crystal Scar. If you havn't noticed yet, you gain a constant stream of xp and gold. This will help in the long run for getting all the items required.

NOTE: Kills are not as important as getting points. Don't chase unless there is a good reason, ie Puncturing Taunt the player closer to you for the kill. If it looks like you are running for more than 10 secs, break away from the chase and get back to business.

I have chosen to get armor and magic resistance because after all, you are a tank. Not much I can say here.

For masteries, I went 0-21-9. I also went for the armor, dodge and resistances. Also, not a bad idea to get Haste.

Since the object of the game is to attack and defend cp, you'll want to go as fast as possible. Get the Boots of Mobility first. You can replace this with the Boots of Swiftness. Priscilla's Blessing is an ABSOLUTE MUST. Not only does it increase your speed when active, it also increases your rate of capture, WHICH IS VITAL!!! The rest of the items is up to you. However, I find these Items to work the best.

It is vital that you max out your Puncturing Taunt. This will allow you to halt capping and keep them at your turret's or allies' location for the kill. Powerball should be one of the last to be maxed out, since it is only used for speeding purposes. The rest is up to you.

I have chosen Ghost and Revive for the specific purpose of speeding to objectives at 2000 units per second. Although Revive has a long cooldown (~500 seconds), it is well worth it. Besides, you shouldn't be dying that much :P. The speed boost is insane, and add that with all the items and Ghost, you can cap a point opposite to you withing 5-6 seconds. You may chose to replace Revive with Flash, since the uses are endless for Flash. Again, this is my opinion.

Use the 3 movement buff locations (The little boot with wings on your minimap) to your advantage. The efect lasts a while and you speed up considerably.

Go where the enemy team is not.

This guide can be adjusted however you see fit, however I find that this build is best for the Dominion game mode. Please leave a comment so that I may improve this guide.
