Hey Shennen, just wanted to say, good build but not quite there. I have my own build, but i haven't uploaded it yet. I'd like to make 2 suggestions to let you think about :)/

Instead of 2 thornmails, get a Frozen mallet.
Instead of Guardian angel get atma's impaler.

The reason i say this is because that is my item build, and after a full build and level 18 i can solo 3 people + a turret. If i didn't explain who the people are you would think they were just squishy. No there was mort/Yi/kennen.

I said to go for Frozen mallet instead of 2 thornmails ( 1 thornmail 1 frozen mallet) because the extra 700hp makes it easy to solo people, also the speed reduction just helps so much when killing people.
Also i say get atma's impaler because your Health pool will be so big, the damage increase from 2% of your hp actually is alot. i had 4000 hp, making 2% 80, although that sounds little. it actually adds up with the 2 sunfire caps/thornmail/devensive curl ball/atma's impaler/ulti/auto attack. just all adds up, making it easy to kill.

I hope this helped you a little. Also, i'd advice on getting some HP runes, but either is good.

and guardian angel is a waste for rammus, just get 3 thornmails, 2 SF capes, and ninja tabi, wreck everyone, even 1v3 if there not fed by noob team mates d:
