This is my ranked ashe build no matter if you are last hitting minions wonderfully or poorly the philosophers stone helps build gold and regenerate mana to keep spamming your volley against a 1v2 lane or even someone like orianna who is owning the lane. From there I grab boots of speed then a BF sword. After the BF sword grab a zeal so you can move faster and also attack alot quicker as well, because team fights are right around the corner at this point in the game and now you have damage and attack speed just make sure you stay in the back of the pack and go in and out of the fight. Finish to boots of speed and grab a catalyst for some more health before finishing your infitity edge to get some good crit. Grab a vampiric scepter for some life steal before you finish your phantom dancer and banshees veil. The bloodthirster is a must and any item after that is purely your choice because at this point you should be killing everyone on the map. This build has never went wrong on me, its quick, fast, and keeps ashe safe which is most important. She is able to flee when needed due to her speed and she can also wreck an enemy in under 2 or 3 seconds on a quick gank and get back to safety quickly after. Also the ghost helps flee or catch enemies, and the reason I grab teleport is because early game if you need to recall to finish your philosophers stone to start building cash, or you simply need to go save a tower else where, seeing ashe pop up to save a tower is not always a fun thing to see.
