My comment isn't negative, I'm just asking, why the **** would you write that Vladimir has a good farm, and on the other hand, you write that his farm is bad in the Cons.

-Good sustainability in lane.
-Nice damage.
-Can survive lots of times.
-Good farmer.
-Viable in teamfights.
-Good survivability.

Cons

-Very squishy.
-Low damage.
-Very fragile.
-Bad farmer.
-Get's focuses in taemfights.

tome and pots can be better(in my opinion it isnt).if you read my guide correctly i say tome and pots are also a viable option but i RECOMMEND getting boots and pots.i hate ppl reading only runes masteries and item builds...

Not sure if I want to make a snide comment. All I have to say is Build #2.
Also, Amp Tome+ Health Pot is a much better start.
I don't suggest Boots+Health Pots unless you know you can't win your lane.
