Not Updated For Current Season
The masteries shown here are not yet updated for the current season, the guide author needs to set up the new masteries. As such, they will be different than the masteries you see in-game.
Thought id just give a quick little guide on a Dominion Amumu because i hadn't seen one that fit's his Dominion style yet since Dominion is still a bit new. This little sad mummy is a very underestimated Champion in Dominion for some reason. People should watch out because he seriously very annoying. Not to mention, quite tanky as well with lots and lots of annoying aoe damage.
Anyways so, this is my first guide so lemme know your thoughts about it :) . (Please don't vote down if you haven't tried!)
Greater Mark of Insight- Well, he's AP of course, even the most minimal damage can make a difference so i picked this.
Greater Seal of Resilience- Most champions are usually AD in Dominion so the defense helps beginning game.
Greater Glyph of Shielding- Helps more end game where you will need much less Magic Resist beginning game.
Greater Quintessence of Swiftness- I just love this item because it helps with movement speed and Dominion needs lots of quick movers to get in & out, etc.
If you dislike this item, then id pick up Greater Quintessence of Fortitude or Greater Quintessence of Vigor.
Boots of Swiftness- The more movement the better you can ran away or towards the enemy to Bandage Toss them if they run away. (If you dislike this item you can go with Mercury's Treads, but id prefer the Swift boots instead imho)
Thornmail- This pretty much gives a ton of defense along with reflecting damage back into magic damage. This ruins attack speed champs when you have pretty high Health.
Sunfire Cape- This stacks up more damage output when you are in the middle of lots of champions along with more defence.
Odyn's Veil- This helps give some more Health along with Magic Resist and makes you able to spam more aoe damage when you have lots of enemies together. (It sorta makes up for the Banshee's Veil.)
Force of Nature- I just love this item. Health Regeneration when holding defense, more Movement Speed, & more Magic Resist. Simply amazing.
Rylai's Crystal Scepter- Aoe slows, and more Health. This item is very handy since your Movement Speed is pretty fast, and you can Bandage Toss to get them again. (If you don't like it, the optional item id say would be Warmog's Armor for more Health & Regeneration or Frozen Heart for more Defense & Cooldown Reduction.)
Cursed Touch- A very good passive that reduces your enemies magic resistance when you auto attack them for 4 seconds.
Bandage Toss- Speaks for itself. Tosses you at the enemy. It can also help you get into places faster, minion, or enemy. You sorta need a pretty accurate shot. A good combo use for this Skill on getting to the Champion would be to use Despair, then Bandage Toss them & Tantrum.
Despair- His cries on his enemies does magic damage per second. Also having stacked with Sunfire Cape can be pretty damn annoying.
Tantrum- This skill passively reduces Physical Damage taken & the more you get hit reduces the Cooldown.
Curse of the Sad Mummy- AoE snare for 2 seconds while you are crying& your Sunfire Burning. Very annoying skill to be used on. (along with aoe slow from Rylai's)
Exhaust- Super helpful if Champions are trying to kill you while you hide by the Turrets.
Garrison- Helpful just like Reinforce.
Lets say you had 3 or so champions come at you. All you need to do is Exhaust the most damaging champion and hit Garrison, Cry, Ult, Tantrum, and Bandage Toss when they start running away, etc, because they will definitely be scared.
If you are really not interested in those. Then the next best options id say would be then Ghost & Flash.
