If you know what you are doing you will carry every game. Start with 10 extra Attack for Spell vamp with runes. Get Tome first to have 10% more magic damage. Harass as much as possible with Mark early game. Akali is highly aggressive. Build the gunblade first but go with the Cutlass first in that build. This allows you to slow the enemy and give you that extra to kill 'em. Lich bane gives mana but w/e. Its alot of extra damage every 2 secs after you get the Deathcap.

Great survivability with high dodge chance and nimbleness. Plus always confuse enemies with your cloud for hilarious escapes.
