That's not a guide at all, just to begin. Also you don't even mention other useful items depending on matchups or situations, like the black cleaver, mercurial scimitar, hexdrinker or others. Also would kinda disagree on ga as only defensive item, it isn't that core in every game, some other options could be randuin's and such, or just to go for a 6th offensive item, depends.
