My names Rconian or Rcon depending on how long you have known me. This will be my first guide on Mobafire so please bare with me I'm going to try to keep this up to date. Let me please express this is not a high elo build and most of the time my builds vary based on Team Comps and how fed I am. If you read this in its entirety thank you for your time. Please note im not gonna spend the time to explain his skills, this has been explained in other countless guides and I dont wanna waste your time even more.

Runes to me our based on play style, I am personally very aggressive with Galio and he has amazing early game damage that are ranged and keep you safe but make them pay attention. Here is my choices.

Mark of Insight x9 - Magic Pen combined with Talent = Great Pokes
Seal of Clarity per LvL x9 - I dont use Clarity and with Chalice = Infinite Mana
Glyph of Clarity per Lvl x9 - Read Above
Quint of Fort x3 - Higher life you got early game safer I feel

Like I said all these can be changed out to whatever your like but for this guide this is what I suggest.

Standard Caster Build for movement speed and Cooldown reduction. Like I said I play aggressive early game so this build suits me the most for constant poking. Nothing spectacular standard stuff.

The above is my core this is what I buy in order before I even consider any other items. This will put you at even defensive stats that hold there own very well mid to late game. From here you have a couple options available that I would like to highlight...

AP Offtank
Morello's Evil Tome - Ap / CDR / Mp5
Rylai's Crystal Scepter - HP / AP / Slow
Rabadon's Deathcap - Ap / AP boost

Great poking damage, more cooldown reduction, and a additional slow incase you miss your Q. Sell Chalice when buying Deathcap. This is usually what I run when vs'ing mixed teams.

Caster Tank
Banshee Veil - HP / Mana / Negate 1 Spell
Spirit Visage - MR / HP / CDR / More healing from Bulwark
Usually keep chalice but it can be sold and insert HP item.

Casters cry, between your bulwark and these items your just not gonna take damage.

Armor Tank
Sunfire Cape - Aoe dmg when ult'ing / Armor / HP
Frozen Heart - Armor / CDR / Mana

I personally dont use this very often I dont like Frozen Heart for those team fights in the jungle for the fact of Less hits on me = less dmg on ult. You may substitute Frozen Heart for Randuins Omen for a nice slow after your ult but thats personal preference.

Pretty Simple this is how you will level your skills, keep in mind use your W before casting any skill unless your in a team fight Bulwark should always be on the focused target. Teams win games not individuals.

Personally preference everyone knows what they like I always suggest Teleport as a tank and Teleport is a must with Galio's ult.
