Rammus is a very versatile tank, He has an escape move, a disable, an OH **** IM GOING TO TAKE ALOT OF DAMAGE move and a short range AoE that does some decent damage if you use it right (It also helps alot with pushing towers ^_^)

Clarity and Ignite are best for Rammus from what I have played on him (150+ games with this build) as clarity allows you to be a little reckless with your mana early on and with imp. clarity, it allows you to lane with another mana ***** who should hopefully have alot of Harrass. Ignite is amazing for rammus when combined with tremors and red buff if you so happen to get it, either that or you can powerball to somone ignite, and back off and get a free kill, I've done it many times.

Runes, I choose ALL armour runes as it shuts down all melee characters early on and you should be bright enough to avoid being harrassed by ranged characters, it also allows you to do massive amounts of damage early on with his Passive.

The regen items are amazing after you farm minions with tremor, and do not be afraid to tremor minions if you are not in any immediate danger, as it helps you farm up health with your warmogs.

Now this may not seem in depth or anything but the reason you level taunt first it to help your team in keeping your focus in range and or to disable their hardest hitting or most useful team mate (e.g. an AoE stun or something)

I hear alot of people complain about having only one rank of powerball until a later level, I only really use it as a catch up, the slow is a bonus, it is also an amazing escape as you can switch direction quite quickly and juke someone.

A handy little tip with powerball is if you are initiating or chasing, be careful of minions, these dirty little creatures will try everything to stop you from doing so, try veer off to the edges of a lane if doing so :)

This build is mainly focused on Regen, instead of the 3rd warmogs, I would use a spirit visage, but its preference.

WARNING, Strongly advisable you do not use this comp against a Kog'Maw or a Warwick :D, if against alot of hard hitting melee, I would recommend getting the thornmail earlier.

I may write more in depth at a later date, was just getting my build up so others may enjoy this side of rammus ;)
