Hi my name is Ryan Tran or RelentlessPlayer(IGN). This is my first build so dont let me down.
The introduction to this build is that unskilled players using Soraka would get better.Using my build could help most of the supporting Soraka's. She is one of the easiest supports in LoL. She is my 2nd favorite support. This is why i made a build just for her, so i hope u guys will appreciate for using my guide Thanks.

I Take Heal and Clarity for a base off in early and late game playing as support soraka.

I Take Heal for more tenacity but if u take silence first it gives u an opportunity to fight along in early games.
