I usually start with a Doran's Blade to give my teammate's a better gank and then carry on to get my Boots of Speed afer I get my kill. Then I finish my boots by getting Berserker Greaves. I than start to work on Wriggle's Lantern. Then I get my Spirit Visage and finish it with a Sunfire Cape and Cloak and Dagger. People generally disagree with my runes and masteries, but trust me there is not much that I, personally find good in Defence or Utilities tree. I take ghost for a better get-a-way, because instead of taking flash for wall jumps you can use Slice and Dice for those. Sunfire Cape is good for killing minions while chasing, and I like the Crit from the Cloak And Dagger. Doran's Blade is good for those early ganks and I really actually do see my health go up in those attacks. Wriggle's is great for Renekton because my friend tried him and said "OMG RENEKTON IS SO SQUISHY!!!" well I never had these problems becuse I spammed Rene's Cull and it is great as well when you get the Spirit Visage for that exact reason. More CDR means more health. Plus the magic resist is great. But, moving on to the skills Cull of the Meek is going to be your most used. But when engaging I prefer to open it up with a Slice and Dice to close the gap and then use Ruthless Predator to ensure they aren't going to go anywhere, that's when you use Cull of the Meek, your highest damage attack and a pretty nice heal too. Me I prefer to auto-attack with Renekton but I hear more people prefer to play him as a skill spammer so I made this build for just you kind of people. have fun and enjoy.
