Starting off I go with w. After w best to go with e for you can build up rage on creeps first to 50 then dice once over to via enemy and w. Build order for I go with is w-e-w-q-w-r-w-q-w-q-r-q-q-e-e-r-e-e

Items

For items I start with a Dorans Blade. If I am having troubles after I return to base I usually will pick up some boots with another dorans blade. After that I get Ionia's Boots and start building Brutilizer with Averice Blade. I'll usually upgrade this into a Ghostblade once I have gotten enough money for a sheen. IF having trouble getting the money for both just grab the ghostblade right away. Upgrade Sheen into a Trinity Force then grab Last Whisper, Blood Thirster and finally a Guardian angel after selling your Doran Blades.

Runes

For runes I run flat armor penatration marks and quints with attack speed seals and crit glyphs. You can also replace the glyphs with cool down reduction.
