Chapter 1
This also makes dragon a piece of cake when you get your Vampiric Scepter.
The dodge items are there to grant you extra safety, and also help you in early/late game when damage dealt to you can easily kill you.
Your Ruthless Predator should be used in the following combo:
-Open with Slice
-Use Cull of the Meek
-Go back through the target with Dice
-Now you should have 50++++ Fury and 3 stacks of Black Cleaver active.
-Now use your Ruthless Predator to deal insane amounts of damage.
The reason it deals such considerable high damage is:
-Enormous scaling
-Proccing Black Cleaver
-Benefitting greatly from Armor Penetration
-Proccing Madred's Bloodrazor (basically with 50+ Fury you deal additional 12% total health damage)
-Proccing from Trinity Force, if you're lucky, you get two procs.
-Possibly can crit as well (not sure if it can, but Gangplank and Nasus' abilities can, so why can't ours?)
-Also works with Lifesteal! (hence the Bloodthirster)
Why not getting 15% CDR boots?
You need the survival.
You will be blue buffed all the time with your jungling speed
You are quite slow, so dodging and then increasing movement speed is a great way to get away.

Verdict:
In the end you get a quite tanky solid melee damage dealer, who can shut down carries nearly instantly with the combo i described.
And if they survive. Just do it again. It's that simple.

Other stuff:
If you're not so sure about getting a Bloodthirster (dying alot), try getting a Wriggle's Lantern instead. It also helps out your team, because you can ward freely. Then replace your Madred's with a Frozen Mallet.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Armor reduction CAN and WILL go into the negatives and thus GREATLY increase your damage by the percentage described. So a -14% armor will increase your physical damage against them by +14%.
