Charge your rage on creep to 50 and wait for an opening (or pop Dominus just before engaging). Engage your enemy with Slice and Dice, this will not reduce your rage. Then instantly use Ruthless Predator on him, this will stun him for a good moment and will discharge your rage by 50. Right after, Cull The Meek to clear out minion and give you some HP. Normally, you still can you Slice and Dice again. Use it trough him to cut his retreat. If it still not enough to kill him, use Ignite and Flash to finish the job ;)
After all, they are just meet !!!
