I've noticed that Rylai's Crystal Scepter also slows when splash damage is dealt with Righteous Fury, but not the initial target, which makes it very useful in team fights. I also make my Hextech first, because the ability power is what I want, because I love to play support instead of carry. And why you take Hextech Gunblade before Guinsoo ? Hextech take so long to build ><
