At level 1, you pretty much can harass just about anyone just with nimbus strike, at level 2, you can upgrade this harassment, nimbus strike, then crushing blow. You already learned all your skills at level 4, you can pretty much harass anyone(including tanks, casters, melee fighters, etc.)

I start off with a doran's blade first, or you can start off with a boots of speed, 2 health potions and a mana potion.

Cons:
Pretty bad farming in early games if not last hitting minions

in early games, it's best to last hit minions, to gain more gold and exp. Top and bottom is suitible for wukong, but i don't solo a lane with him.

For masteries, i take 0 21 9, with improved ghost.
i take almost everything but defensive mastery,reinforce,preservation,mender's faith,will power and ardor. I improve ghost, experience, time spend dead, and one point into mana regernation.

Good summoner spells for Wukong:
Flash: a very good spell to escape battles or catch up with low health enemies.
Ghost: To catch up with enemies or run away from taking too much damage.
Ignite: clean up low health enemy champions.
Exhaust: prevent enemies from running away and lowing their damage for a few seconds.

Okay Summoner spells for Wukong:
Clarity: get mana back when it runs out( wukong use soo much mana to harass).
Cleanse: remove stun effect or slow effct to get away from dying.
Teleport: channels a few seconds, then teleport to a friendly turret or minion.
Fortify: only take this spell if you are tanking as Wukong.
Heal: staying in lane longer, but long cool down.
Smite: Take it if you are jungling with Wukong.

Summoner Spells should never take:
CLairvoyance : reveals a place on the map for a few seconds( regardless of distance).
Ralley: Wukong is NOT a support champion.
Revive: never take it, it's a NOOBY summoner spell.
