Riven is currently one of my favorite characters to play. She's very versatile and offers great damage. In this guide, i would like to share how I personally build her, as well as how to play her. I don't consider myself to be good but I hope I can just share some insight. This is my very time doing this, so I apologize in advance for lack of pictures/details. I will add more in the future, when I properly learn the usage of this sight. Until then, enjoy the guide.

Pros- can jungle, very good 1v1 fighter, can be tanky, late game is very strong.
Cons- short stun/dash, easy to stop with cc, prone to ganks top lane.

As for my item selection, I build around being able to farm top lane effectively, while staying safe thanks to wards, and staying in lane thanks to lifesteal. Wits End is a personal choice because attack speed on Riven is quite a powerful asset. You'd be surprised how effective a simple recurve bow can be. Then, we build into Warmog's/Atma's, and finally Bloodthirster for more damage as well as that ever important lifesteal. All in all, its a well rounded build instead of being glass-cannon, or more tanky.

For summoners, it personal preference. I run flash/exhaust since Riven is melee, but sometimes I actually run flash/teleport so i can just farm farm farm all day. Again, it's personal preference, but I think by now we all know what the obvious do's and dont's are for summoner spells.

For masteries, I like to go with the typical AD masteries of 21/0/9, making sure to pick up all the attack speed masteries in the offense tree. Again, this is just to emphasize what attack speed can really do for Riven.

I can't emphasize how important this is. If you don't farm, you can't win the game. It's probably the most important thing I can suggest that you do on Riven. FARM!!!
