Introduction
So I decided to put some crit. Chance in there because it helps with early battles and even late battles. It's mainly effective on squishies, but in early game, if the opponent sees you land a crit on them, their first reaction is (get outta here) unless they are fed and can take it, but not many people are fond of seeing half their health go missing at level 1. Popping an exhaust with a decent partner will almost assure first blood.
Also similar to the recommended, but tweeked it a little in that, CDR seemed more important for Riven's combo, so i filled that rather than atk speed. Also the minion damage will make farming early on even easier, sometimes you don't have a great partner to help push the enemy back, so it helps more for pot-shotting minions in a stalemate.
I focus on BW because it will be most likely your most used skill next to ki burst. I get valor at level 4 because it isn't really needed much since it will only block half a hit and you probably aren't quite chasing yet, but my use for valor is to chase them down/run away/or E/W combo for quick initiation in a 1v1 or if you are in a desperate situation such as defending your turret.
Exhaust can be sub'ed with ignite but for the sake of mastery efficieny and personal opinion, i prefer exhaust. (Works great against kat at level 6) She'll be a sitting duck if you pop this on her and you can BW away. Flash is an all around good spell, if you need to complete a chase, it helps, and being that you are squishy, it helps for that quick escape. added ontop of your combos.
