the heal

heal+ignite good for 1v1, use ignite when enemy have 60% or lower hp.after u when have low hp use heal and, when enemy dont run away u won the fight!

why riven doesn't need life steal?

Riven bases the cooldown.Now u can ask why dont buy more cd (for example:zeke's herald).Riven not support.30%cd good for riven and need just ad.in fight on lv 18 in 1v1 i'm use just skills and it soo good.i dont have time for basic attack how carries.
