Intro

This is really just a build I want to try out but have not had the time. I just don't want to forget it xD.

Okay so I apparently need 5,000 letters... So I'll quickly sum up how I play my lane riven. Though she builds a lot of damage and health (sort of) she is still a very veryyyy squishy champ. Thus most of the time you should play defensively aggressive. Now I know that sounds wrong... but basically you need to know when to go in for the kill and when not to. Riven truthfully needs to be played aggressive. She does massive damage even at low lvls and can easily get first kill if you wait for the right time.

Runes

Runes are pretty simple. Armor pen. is a great help in game. The reason I didn't go for flat armor yellows is because I think this is more helpful. Though its true a lot of the times people don't really make it all the way to lvl 18 in games but I still think this is much better then flat armor yellows. For blue I got flat armor just because its the best choice out of the others. Many people however usually pick what ever suits their play style for blue. Lastly movement speed quints. That is also because it seems the most helpful out of the rest. The speed helps a lot.

EDIT: Changed to magic resist blues for more balance.

Skill Sequence

You need to max Ki Burst first (other then your ult) because it does the most damage as well as stuns. The thing you should watch out for is that the range on Ki Burst isn't all that great and needs some getting used to. Next is Valor because it will save you more then once, especially at higher lvls. Lastly, lvl Broken Wing. I leave Broken Wing for last because even at lvl 1 it does decent enough damage and you really don't need more until higher lvls.

Items

I chose these items for the damage and CDR (Cool down reduction). The main things to get are your boots, Brutalizer and phage. Now actually you can start off with either Doran's Blade or Shield depending on whether you want more survivability in lane or just want to play more aggressively. The brutalizer will be made into Youmuu's Ghostblade and boots to Lucidity for the CDR. The phage though many people build it into a Frozen Mallet, we will go Entropy for the attack damage. The Bloodthirster and Infinity edge is more for the attack as well as the Life steal and critical chance. The Warmog's armor is just epic. It is a great help in survivability.
