Hey, and welcome to my 1st guide on mobafire,im yeepyjr and this guide is about one of my favourite champs riven. This build relies on good early game farming,The Top Lane and having a brain.This is a dps not gonna get nuked build.I apoligies for any spelling errors and the dullness of the guide,still learning how to use moabafire.My next guides will look better,But PLEASE i really need feedback on this one,thanks.

Riven had one of in my opinion the best skill set's.I take broken wings 1st because it help get stacks on you passive,witch help you farm, and closes or widens the distance between you and an enemy quickly.Then after broken wings alternate between takeing your valor and ki-burst,these 2 moves are vital in you harassing combo ( explained later), of course take you ult when it's availble.

Pros
-Good harass
-Good survivability throughout game
-Awesome skill set
-Longest ranged melee champion.(With ult on)
-Hard to gank

Cons
-CC annoys her
-Fairly squishy early game
-Not great in duo lanes

What we summoners must understand is that no game is the same and i think we all know that,that means that for each game no build should always be the same.I wee display the core items of this build and situational items.

Core Items:
-Bloodthirster,Gives great damage and important life steal.
-Frozen Mallet,Health some damage but mostly the slow.
-Warmog's,Health,lots of it and hp regen.
-Boots,they make you move faster ( types of boots below)

Situational Items:
-Maw of Malmortius,If your getting nuked by ability power champs + some more dmg.
-Type of boots,Depends on other team e.g. 4 ad champs not much CC then ninja tabi would be a better choice,Merc treads for lots of CC and ap.Most other boots are not viable on riven in my opinion.
-Last wisper,If they have lots of armour and you feel your doing no dmg.

Summoner spells help riven alot,below will be displayed good choices and not so great choices for riven.

Good choices on riven are:
-ignite,great finisher
-exhaust,stops targets from running,helps with team fights 1v1's
-heal,can heal bait under your tower,heals you and your team.
-ghost,It's ok i prefer exhaust

Not so good
-flash,this spell is only useful for going over walls on riven,valor covers around the same ground and gives a shield.
-teleport,large CD,not that useful.
-promote,clairvoyance,clarity,smite,etc.Well these just don't work(especially clarity).

Valor in,ki burst hit them broken wings out.This i guarantee will annoy the **** out of your opponent.But of course dont forget about minion dmg make sure they don't have to many minions or you will take more dmg than you expect.Also don't harass in front of their tower.
