Introduction

Rumble is typical laning champion, you can also soloing with him. At start I prefer to maximize Electro-Harpoon because I'm a bit squishy on beginning and I prefer ranged attacks (also I have powerful slow to escaping from trouble). But before it I get Flamespitter on 1st lvl for eventually first blood. The Scrap Shield is useful for keeping my heat in Danger Zone and chasing/esacping, so I pick it on 2 or 4 lvl. Remember to keeping Rumble in Danger Zone, get Overheat when you're finishing weak enemies and for farming.

In mid-game and later I am more resistant, and I can do the combo at teamfights:
    - initiate with ulti
    - chasing them with Scrap Shield
    - burning them with Flamespitter
    - slowing and focusing the one by Electro Harpoon
    - additional damage by Overheat.

Items

Rylai' Crystal Scepter is the core of build. Next I buy Hextech Gunblade - I'm also a melee champion, so why don't pick some AD ? After buying it I get Nashor's Tooth and Rabadon's Deathcap. I have enough damage, so I'm going to build some defense. Against AD good option is Sunfire Cape and Randurin's Omen, when you wanna make Magic Resist, use Abyssal Scepter and Banshee's Veil (when enemy team have dangerous spells, like Ashe's ulti, etc.).

Summoner Spells

Exhaust and Ghost are most useful summoners - you can do additional slow with Exhaust and get better mobility for chasing with Ghost. The alternative is Cleanse or Ignite.

Summary
