Hello this is a AP/suvival build for rumble i hope you enjoy have fun and thanks for watching my build.

Pros
- Great Damage
- Perfect Chase/Escape
- Very Good Early-Mid game
- Good Survival and high health pool
- not targeted first on team battles

Cons
- Confusing gameplay
- no good farming
- must be patient on battles with his passive

9/21/0 is the only masteries build i use because it works very well AP CDR and magic penetration plus armor magic resist dodge damage reduction etc..........

magic penetration marks are the standard you can put but you can always use AP marks for seals use defense stats like dodge, armor, magic resist and health for glyphs i use CDR and quintessences better take defense or AP nothing else

These items are very good for survival and nuke.Dorans shield for starting then magic resist boots take rylais for hp slow and ap i think suits for rumble perfect i mean hp,ap,slow and no mana 4th item is zhonyas hourglass great ap and armor plus an active that could save you from death after that take Rabadons deathcap for great AP and void staff for magic penetration.At the end you can sell dorans shield and take a second rylais for even more survival and ap.

Summary: you have high AP,HP
Magic Penetration
Slow and Active Stasis

Ghost is the must spell i would never change on rumble combined with scrap shield you could escape or chase enemies with incredible speed as for ignite you could replace with exhaust to slow your enemies heal or flash.

flamethrower is best damage you have against enemies i take this to 5 lvl most times but if you have ranged opponents or you wanna lane you must level up electro harpoon it deals incredible damage x2 if you hit the other twice for second spell you have the option to level up the second damaging spell(depends which you level up first) or level up scrap shield for movement and survival i choose mostly the second damaging spell exept if you have many melee enemies then id prefer scrap shield

Summary: for melee opponents level up first flamethrower then scrap shield and electro harpoon last always level up ultimate

for ranged enemies level up electro harpoon first then put 2 points on scarp shield maximize flamethrower and finish the rest of scrap shield always points on ultimate when able to.

Harass with electro harpoon, on 1vs1 battles dont use all of your spells in 3 seconds try to be on danger zone but then cool a bit and if your opponent has low hp dont be afraid to enter overheat mode as the passive says you deal more damage.Try to place your ulti so that your opponent will stand on it and slow him as much as possible when he stand on it.Your can be good late game

Rumble is hard to get used to but has great stats he can escape from many situations and kill faster an easier.His passive is not extremely difficult to master neither his ultimate to place right just be patient and youl will enjoy every second of playing rumble
