So, why only ap runes? Because who need magic penetration, hp, resist, if u just burn and kill everything on your way?

Ghost- To catch up and burn.
Ignite- To kill champs with heal, lifesteal without problems.

Well, only ap, if game easy. But if you got strong damage- buy tank items.
Yes, thats all.
Oh wait, someone can say "why BoM , why not mercs". Explanation: with your W and BoM you will just fly from line to line.
