rumble is a very beefy ap character, and he sure is able to carry maybe noit the best carry but he can do it, he is also very capable solo/mid lane although most peoples dont want him there he is very strong here

his damage is great and his cc is betetr as expected cause you might think he onely has electro harpoon but with ure ultimate and ure q ability's both aoe and getting rylize he has a decent amount of cc

his escapability isn't weak either cause he can use elecro harpoon to slow opponents and gain heat while his shield ll give him lotsa move speed

on with my items

the satrting item ll be good for survivability at start

boots are alwayse needed and with these u can charge youre heat faster

next up some spell vamp this ll also let you stay in lane longer cause ure q takes out alot of creeps this gives you much fee hp

now you take rilyze to get some cc cause youre entering mid-game now

next you ll feell youre damage is getting pretty low so just pick up a deathcap

again you wnat the cdr here so thats why you do 9-0-21 the 21 are spent kinda strange cause you got to avoid the mana regen masteries
and the 9 are pretty basic

last but not least the skills you want to start with elektro harpoon for early game poking after that youwant to take flametrowed cause this is your main damage source now you pick shield 1x cause it ll let youre heat charge faster when needed
