Pretty decent guide. The couple of things i would recommend are removing sunfire as a core item. Sure it makes rumble a little tanky, but 35 dps end game is rather pointless, and he would benefit more from another defensive item, such as a guardian angel. Another thing that i found this guide lacked, are explanations on how to effectively farm or harass.

But magic resistance per lvl are better than flat mr, mostly because most solo tops are ad, the mr only becomes usefull at mid~late game.
Also, if you are not getting mr per lvl, then you should get a abyssal scepter no matter what.
