This is my way to bulid Rumble. I bulid him as a high AP off-tank. This build will give u great durability and alot of AP

The skillorder is like Phreak suggests. Max out the flamer first, then make sure that the shield and harpoons are at the same lvl and take points in ulti when u can.

Item Order:

Begin with a Dorans Shield. The most iportant thing about this item is the HP-regen at early lvls

Second item is Socrcers Boots. Magicpen = win.

Third item is Mejais. Its rly easy to stack with Rumble if u are good. If u realise that u wont be able to stack Mejais, buy hextek gun and later on build the Will Of the Anciets. If u do the math on the flamespiiter + ulti u get a lot of HP

Fourth item is Crystal Scepter, begin to build it with Giants belt.

Fith item is Abyssal Scepter or Zhonyas Hourglas depending on ur opponets.

Sixth item is Abyssal Scepter or Zhonyas Hourglas depending on what item u picked before.

Now sell Dorans and begin buliding Rabadons Deathcap.

Notice that u will get 805 AP, not the 585 AP that the the stats show.

When u are laning u want to be aggresive, harrasing the enemy with the flamer and let the shield take dmg insted of u. If u can, lane with a tank or someone that have a stun/disable and u will get a lot of easy kills. The flamer is awesome to farm with, so use it alot. U can also use the harpoons to lasthit creeps and get some extra gold.
