From my point of view Greater Seal of Defense and Greater Glyph of Shielding are among the best to strengthen the character

Alongside the two will be used Greater Mark of Force and Greater Quintessence of Force for more AP

For Masteries i will use 9 / 21 / 0

I use this formula for the game with rumble at defense and magic resist but everyone may want to use as masteries

I usually use

Ignite - is quite good in 1vs1 battles. And when the enemy wants to escape with a little life (usually at the beginning of the game)

Flash - is good especially when you want to run from a fight or want to catch an enemy

But everyone can use Spells as they want

Now I will present the items selected:

We choose three items with magical power penetration to spores Spells
Along with them I will use items with heal, AP

All these are used to create a tank with AP

Okay, this skill sequence isn't rocket science.

We are rushing Flamespitter to max because we love fire, and flamethrowers...and crushing our enemies...no need to understand why more damage is good.

Electro-Harpoon is good for this skill to slow the enemy is in front of you for kill with Flamespitter( this will be secound spell )

Scrap Shield - I level this ability second, its move speed buff is soo important to chasing enemies with Flamespitter and getting you out of sticky situations, use it often, use it frequently, get back to your lane faster, stay alive. I love this skill I think it is what makes Rumble what he is.

The Equalizer - So worthy of the name Ultimate, this skill truly lives up to its name. I've run into multiple team fights and turned them around with this skill alone...combine it with some others and the other team is running...if they aren't already corpses use it wisely, utilitze the slow and DoT, you can save teamates, drop enemies fast or just keep them out of the fight altogether

You are an offtank with surprisingly good damage.
You lane extremely well.

Cons of Playing Rumble

Some people will laugh at you
You are a rat
You lack some of the more consistant CC as other top end tanks
Your range is not amazing.
