Everything is about motivation!

Hi my name is prokletbio an i have played Rumble in my own way,
and feel like sharing this with community that has given me a lot.

I tried other builds but didn't do well, so this is my tanky way!

Pros:
- nice damage Flamespitter
- own shield & speed boost
- range poke with Electro Harpoon
- low cool down on ultimate
- chasing with slow on Flamespitter ^^
- can avoid gank with his skill combo
- manny others

Cons:
- can silence self if not care full

Pure classic tanky AD runes, nothing much needed to say.

Grab improve smith and magic penetration in offence
With all out defense

Start with Boots of Speed helps in last hitting + Health Potion to endure till 1 buy
which is Blasting Wand

Rush Rylai's Crystal Scepter & Mercury's Treads

And from there go appropriate defense

I use one above 80% of time
Except if troubled last hitting, than get 1. point in Electro Harpoon instead of Flamespitter

Exaust, cause top comes Irelias, Gangplanks, Garens, Rivens (you get the picture)
Also i like to exaust them in ult, so they cannot escape. Rather than ignite.
EX is also useful later in game.

Feel free to creep with Flamespitter ;)

NEVER engage with ult, cause they will just move of it -,-
Instead use ti when team fight starts to unleash it's true potential

After lv. 6, try to gank mid, so you r not just affecting your solo lane
