Hello. I know rumble just came out and i honestly wasn't gonna get him becuase he seemed like he was going to be like heimerdinger and i don't really like heim anyways. But you know i always watch the champ spotlights and i look at the champions on wiki. His spells i thought were pretty cool and i was thinking about getting him. But then i looked at LoL Wiki and saw that Rumble was voiced by Richard Steven Horvitz who was the voice of Invader ZIM and Billy from The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy. When i was 10 i used to watch these shows religiously so i said thats it im getting him. So i did. and man am i glad!

Pros:
-Great Lane dominance
-Double slow
-Easy escaper
-Tanky caster
-Decent AOE dps thanks to Flame Spitter and The Equalizer
-Good Tower jumper

Cons:
-Can't Jungle(i have tried >.<)
-Requires great skill and kowledge to be good
-You will get carried away and get greedy(lmao, it's true)

For runes i take Flat AP quints, AP per level Glyphs, Magic Pen Marks, and depending on what you like better Armor, Health, or Dodge seals(i take armor but the others are viable as well)

Now i take a 9/0/21 build taking AP, CD Reduction, and Magic Pen in offence and getting 1 point in exaust. Then i go 21 in defence beacuse it gives him more tankyness(made up a new word) and Ardor gives him some AP, plus utility is more for mana bearing champs. If im not doing super awesome i will not get Mejai and just go to Rod of Ages

First i take dorans ring because it brings me to 35 AP at level 1 which is good on your flame spitter. Then i get Merc Treads because if he gets CCed and his target gets out of his range hes kind of blown, plus MR is always nice. Then if i am doing well i get Mejai so i can end the game as fast as possible and he won't lose stacks often because he is good at escaping especially if you take flash. If im not doing super awesome, then i rush Rylai's so i can slow with Flame Spitter and super slow with Harpoons. Then i get Rabadons for obvious reasons and then Sunfire Cape for more AOE and durability. Then i finish with lichbane because it is GREAT for him and if i didint get mejai i go for void staff afterwards

FLASH: I use this as one of my skills because sometime u get CCed and u have to flash out or flash into them so you don't waste your flame spitter
EXHAUST: I use this to because it is such a good universal spell and it is nice in the early game lane with this champ
TELEPORT: I guess if you like this spell but i don't take it
GHOST: I would replace flash with this if you like ghost that much it is a great spell for him as well very viable.
IGNITE: Again take it if you like it. it has it's place in a team but i don't find it very helpful unless i want to counter Mundo or Swain in a ranked
HEAL: Sure if you can't live without it

Thats every spell i consider viable for Rumble.

This spell seems like it is Underpowered but if you know how to use it than it can be very rewarding.

1. It is very easy to dodge this spell so use it on a narrow area where the enemy has to go so you can maximize its damage.

2. If you are in an open area use it as an execution spell, it has a very long range(about the same range as nocturne's ultimate at level 1)

3. Use it when ganking to close paths for escaping enemies

4. Use it with other AOE ults such as GP's so you can't escape from the area or Sona's for the same reason

So you take Doran's Ring and you should take solo lane if both you and the other team have a jungler because he is a great 1v1 hero early game. If you don't like solo lane, bottom lane is good too because your AOE will be effective on 2 enemies. He isn't the best farmer so you should try to bully and harass the enemies, try to deny them exp by standing behind their creeps, but only if you know you and your partner can beat them.

Laning phase has ended now and you are around level 8-12. You should be trollin' from lane to lane ganking because you should have your Rylai's now so all of your spells slow and you will be getting some stacks of Mejai if you took it.

Now the team fights start happening and you should be in there burning them all every time flame spitter is up. Try not go to for one target and chase them away from the team fight because your AOE damage and minor tanking abilities is needed. Your not much of a backdoor champ so you should leave that to the others but you should be trying to farm kills and creep kills to finish your build.
