I have decided to show my personal set up due to me looking at what other people use and their builds not working nearly as well as this. Other people show that they try to put things in like banshee's veil and last whisperer, but honestly they are quite useless if playing a Varus properly. The banshee's veil is mainly used for the passive to absorb the next ability but as a Varus you will rarely get hit with an ability unless you are moving up at inopportune times. The last whisperer is good for the armor penetration and all but if you stack a second phantom dancer instead of that it leads to a better dps stack.

I have not gone negative in a single game after using this build, personally I could list why I chose every little tidbit, but this set up is not meant for noobs. If you are not a noob then you will understand why I chose the runes and masteries.
