Hellow summoners and welcome to my Wukong solo top off tank build
To kick off the build lets say something about Wukong in general.
Wukong is a melee off tank/tank DPS.His abilities bonus DMG scales off AD.Wukong,as a tank can get in,do damage and get out the team fight.
Lets just get to the point.

For runes in solo top,I recommend sustain and durability mostly because Wukong doesnt have the most durability on his own and if you dont put any on him,he is not going to be helpful in team fights and its hard to solo top with no durability against GP,Nassus,Riven,etc.
So I recommend those I listed above,it is your choice what you are going to do,so you can try full AD runes and see how it works out for you.
Sustain in team fights with wukong is the most important,not the fact to do damage.Wukong can easily win a team fight for his team with his ultimate and his abilities.He can do AOE damage and aim an target with his abilities.His ulty knocks enemies to the air and disables them for a period of time,and that is the most you want to do.You take these runes,so you can use your ulty,help the team,and get out alive.
Masteries are 21 in offence and 9 in defence,primarily because runes and build gives only sustain and not much of that dammage,so masteries should give that slight bonus there.
Items are simply HEALTH,ARMOR,MAGIC RESIST and AD
Im going to go through the items one by one.
WHY MERCURY THREADS?
Mercury threads because in early and mid game you dont have sustain agains AP champions and you have more armor than magic resist.I just want to balance stats in early,mid and late game,it turns out good for me,sometimes it saves me in mid game and then I buy FORCE OF NATURE.And you dont need any other boots in my opinion.
WHY FROZEN MALLET?
Frozen mallet will give you good durability in early game and a lot of damage for that stage of the game.And with ATMAS IMPALER it give nice damage in mid game.
WHY ATMAS IMPALER?
Atmas impaler gives you crit crucial to your dmg and you will deal massively more dmg and it gives you a lot of armor + the AD for your frozen mallet=TRIPLE WIN!
WHY INFINITY EDGE?
Infinity edge because of the dmg and that concludes your dmg for the match.At the end you will have 270 or more AD + crit + HP(3000 and something) + sustain=OWNAGE
Warmongs because in late game dmg in the enemy team builds up AD and more durability with warmong will help you continue your hurras.
WHY FORCE OF NATURE?
Simply because of that sustain agains mages and thats it.You know mages in 40-50 mins of the game have 500 ap and rape face.
You can always switch up the build which I highly recommend in some situations,keep in mind:
EVERY GAME IS DIFFERENT.
Fell free to take anything im just giving you the picture.
You max your crushing blow first because it is the main source of dmg and then nimbus strike and then you decoy(its the same in lvl 1 and 5).
I dont recommend any other sequence for skills.
Well if you are going to solo top you need TELEPORT.
For other summoner spell I take flash or exhaust.
You can take IGNITE OR HEAL.
NOTHING ELSE IS NEEDED!
You can have the best build there is in the world,but if you dont know how to play,you will lose.

Here it is how u are going to play.
I play by sitting in the bushes by the sides and whenever you can you just pop ur ulty into the team like a RUSSIAN!!
