Introduction
(Sorry if my english isn´t good enough. I'm from Europe, although i live in America).
This build is set to be a solo lane (Ranked solo top for example). You'll have life enough to rush vs1 or 2 enemies, get a kill and keep yourself alive. Somehow, it will depend who you are facing. It's not an inmortal build, neither a full AD build. This one is made for those who enjoy early game fights and want to get some fun without risking too much. Late game you'll be hard to stop if your team is doing well. Enjoy it.
It's quite simple: You'll need armor penetration marks, since you don´t have too much arpen items, and you don´t have attack speed enough to equip a madred if your rivals are getting too much armor. An option would switch armor runes for dodge if you prefer to use those 3 points to Dodge in the mid tree.
Your seals will be Armor, cause it's probably you have to 1vs1 a ranged AD at solo lane, or being ganked for a mele champion.
Glyphs, of course, will be Cooldown reduction at level 18, wich added to Youmuu will finish our CD to a nice cypher.

I start with
My core build:
Warmog: You need a good health buffer to keep alive after an engage, cause you ARE NOT the main tank, just a good damage dealer wich is not going to feed unless you are an unskilled player :).
Boots and youmuu: Most of your damage won´t come from autoattacks, so you need to spam abilities: Cooldown reduction items will put you into a nice 40% at late game without having the blue buff.
Atma Impaller: It is a MUST on this set up, along with the Warmog. You'll pass the 200 AD easily before late game.
Trinity Force: It will maximize your burst damage: When activating youmuu ghostblade you will have more movement speed and Attack speed to complete this build.
The sixth item to finish the build won´t happen most of the mathes, but if you get that fed, or the play stills that long, you will chose between the following options:
-or, if they have many AP champs, with or without many CC skills: Stun, fear, slow.
-if you are being eaten by an autoattack enemy: Yi, Tryndamere, ranged AD (ashe, Mf, vayne...).
-IF they are a balanced team or you are losing against them. With this you won´t be afraid of getting aggro when pushing back.
But if your team is winning and you want more kills, or they have a carrier with some physical resistances.... you'll need one of these:or.

I prefer Flash and Exhaust 'cause they are offensive and deffensive skills, depending on the situation. They will help you to be safe or get a kill, even first blood. Flash + ignite would be the alternative, but in late game is a really low amount of damage wich you don´t need to finish a target (ultimate -R- is powerful enough).
You are not an initiator, you are not a main tank, ALLWAYS, you have to be ready to launch yourself fron a side, from behind... from wherever they don´t expect you, because you have a good burst. If you have a AoE Stun on the team, you can go directly to the enemies. Try to get into the middle of them, to spam Q, then use W to avoid them from running away, E (dash) to the squishiest carrier, and finish them off with your secondary effect of the ultimate (R). That's the combo, and it's important you autoattack right after you acumulate 3 marks of your passive, then W, then autoattack again, E, ... again, R to finish off... if you need a little more damage to finish a target: FLASH >>> Q, Q, Q, (autoattack), W, autoA, E, autoA). Specially with 40% cdr you won´t find any difficulty on doing this.
The effect will maximize with Trinity Force.
