Ok First of all a simple I don't like your build and heres what I would of done would of worked just fine. Next time instead of spending probably and hour writing out something that will most likely be ignored and on top of that making an account for the sole purpose of said trolling how about you not make an *** of yourself and just give the tip to the person your addressing nicely and not make them feel bad in the process. Having said that I thank you for the advice though crudely delivered, I would also like you to know that I made this build back when I first started playing and I have Posted up the revised build.... Feel free to comment on this one and if you can help yourself(doubtful) don't make an *** of yourself this time.

Why are you putting into crit chance with Ryze, thats just the worst tree ive ever seen dude.
lets start from the top
your runes terrible, think about using primary runes buddy come on what are you thinking.
Maybe start with some magic pen runes, Greater Mark of Insight, and then use greater seal of clarity for your mana regen. and your glyphs and quints are good enough.
now lets get to your tree.
3 into deadliness, really? on ryze your ****ing ******ed and on top of that u only put 2 into archmages savvy, omg ive met a dumb ****, thats ability power ur missing out on? you put that many ability power runes in and dont put it into your tree come on man.
Now lets get into the fact that you have it into alacrity bahahaha, what would ryze need to auto attack faster for? thats dumb, lets attack faster with ryze who does **** for auto attacks.
now lets go to brute force, why? it doesnt make sense lets do 2 extra dmg yay! dude i would have to think about using brute force on a dps champ, but ryze haha **** that i would never use it haha
ok now lets get to lethality, really? again with the crit, dude calm down with wanting ryze to be the crit god.
now we get to havoc the spell you waisted half of your points to get to when you coulda been using it for cdr, u get 5% more dmg for physical and magic dmg ok half of that is good for ryze but not worth the waisted masteries.
5% of 500 is 25 so y would you want to do 25 more dmg when u could get the cdr and be doing 500 dmg each spell if not more.
now lets go to your utility, now im not a fan of good hands with snowball items cause then your accepting the fact your gonna die and lose stacks, thats not my idea of being in good hands.
then you use greed bad idea, at 50 min you gain 300 gold from it, if the game last that long bravo you just got close to buying a starting item, i think you need to completely reconsider your ryze build, im sure you do good with ryze like most people do but dude you could do so much better but then again with your choice of **** you probly fail at life.
I would also love to know how you do in ranked games, do you get wrecked much? haha
