this guide looks ok. But since its for dominion i would change the boots to swift only because when in such a small area you need movespeed to juke/bait where sorc boots arnt needed as much due to most of the time ryze supports or defends the lane because of his lack of burst damage (nerfs make me cry :C) but now he has a high eg (Q+W+E->Q) combosustain damage so you want to move fast.Also going into the utility tree so deep affects his survival skills and dps output where you could put more points into a offensive build with some of the utility mana increase perks.Your runes are exelent with the seals of HP, because seals dont really help AP casters at all. For Quints i would either get more magic pen (to cover the sorc boots) or flat ap or mana(for more damage early game with the easy Q+W haras).Also for summoner abilitys either flash or Ghost would help you alot, because ryze is a squishy character (when attacked etc) he needs good movement in the battle field and half the fight is ryze running in and out nuking and juking enemys.As an ender your Core items that you should get in every game should be Boots(doesnt matter) Cataylist,Shroud,Tear . you upgrade the catalist to a rod of ages and the shroud as one of your final items to frozen heart (its only for the cdr) and tear to a Arch staff which will give you the beefy dps. If you need a good endgame get your core then rush Arch staff then rod of ages then either will of the ancients (for team support and spell vamp) or Hat which will make you a boss when you pop your ult and E there team to death.
