Hello guys, this is my guide of Rammus.
It shows you a different way, how to play Rammus. He goes solo top. ( yes i know, rammus is a nice ganker, but hes awesome when he gets enough farm for the right items).

the runes are a matter of tastes.

but : you have to put armor in seals.

personally I go:

armor in seals.
armor penetration in marks.
magic resist per lvl in glyphs.
and attack speed in quintessences

Masteries are 23/6/1

23 Offense, because magic menetration, 4 % attack speed, 6 armor penetration and 10 % more critical dmg is just awesome. Huge dmg boost !

6 in Defense, because 6 armor and magic resist are a nice tanky boost. After 4 % dmg reduction the best in the tree in my opinion.

1 in Utility to set your last point in some life and mana regen.

Before you go on the Lane, buy a cloth armor.

After your first recall you should have enough money for t1 boots and madreds. If not buy boots first. Then try to rush Wriggles Lantern, because it gives you so EPIC lane survivability and some dmg + armor ( armor = dmg ). You just cant get crushed !!
Now rush t2 boots and Thornmail ( more armor = more dmg + enemys gets more dmg wenn you got attacked).
After that rush Phantom Dancers for hella EPIC dmg ! Just put on your curl, flash to the range carry, spot him, exhaust him, ulti him and hes dead meat.
At least you can buy something like Frosthammer or Banshees Veil. You also can try to get an Infinity Edge for brutal dmg !
Some life is nice too, you can buy Warmogs and Atmas.

But always get your corebuild of - t2 boots - wriggles - thornmail - and phantomdancers !

Max your curl first, for massive dmg output and godlike survival .
(be careful, you dont have magic resist. Get your *** out of the ap carry when your curl ends, or he will grill you)

after that go spot max for this imba cc for what hes feard !
( just flash to the range carry and rape him, you can kill him also ALONE in this 3 sek spot. Its just imba)

Then go for Powerball the most epic speedbuff in the world !
( epic escape spell, nothing more to say. You also can spot the enemy at the tower, run behind him fast and pop him a little bit more to the tower with your Powerball.
You also can use it instantly after your spot went out for some more cc.)

Now Tremors ( Ulti ).
Use it for some extra dmg, farming in some cases or pushin a tower down very fast.
Remember to have this spell rdy wenn the teamfight begins.

Notice. You also can get spot at the beginning higher than curl, when your jungler wants to gank you lane.

Flash - nothing more to say. Core summoner spell - flash to the range carry, spot him and rape him !

exhaust - just the second perfect summoner spell ! There is noone better. - 10 armor and magic because its skillend and -30 armor because of your spott AND - 18 armor because of your armor penetration... - 58 armor. enough said.
It also slows, so you can run - hit - run - hit with curl, when he wants to escape, and you also can escape with that skill or lower someones dmg in teamfights or somewhere else.

When youre on solo top, play aggressive and just attack him with curl. When curl runs out run back. When the enemy want to outlane you, get some lasthits with curl to go in, you nearly will get no dmg.
When you have some roam you HAVE TO GANK. You also can jungle the golems, lizard or wraiths easily with your wriggles !
Stay a ward with you wriggles in the lower brush of your lane to avoid ganks.

Pro:

Nice laner against meeles.
Extrem range carry killer !
Can jungle some spots for extra ep very fast.

Cons:

Extrem squishy against casters :( ( but you can buy a magic resist item later )
