Hey thanks for the question. I have items broken down under item consideration proccess but finishing morellonomicon, shadowflame, or anathema's chains is usually pretty good. I occasionally go Zhonya's hourglass or Demonic Embrace but very situattional.

At level 9 and lucidity boots, you get 2 secs on e and 1 sec on q (rounded numbers) which is nice but for the msot part will not seen as a significant difference in skirmish/team fights vs tank boots will allow you to survive fights for longer period of time. My goal when playing zyra is to set up good start of the fight and kite out of the fight. Surviavbility and utility is prioritized over damage output. Also big key is your w lags behind q and e cds anyway so passive rng might help but I dont like to rely on
