Your item build is not really good... hurRica is one item what is in my eyes pretty useless; )
What? Sure no one used Runaans for any other champion. It procs with her rending ability, the more spears in targets the more damage. Like even challenger Kalista players builds greaves then Runaans. You dont always have to build it as core, for ex: if your ahead in lane by 2-3 kills, then dont buy greaves/ runaans start, get IE then greaves then runaans. His item build is perfectly fine. Whoever told you that this is useless is very stupid and probably belongs in bronze.
