So 9% is for faster execution on the autos between Qs, I guess it makes sense, Thanks Orca.

Oh about the AS quints.. I think he abandoned like what 4.5 AD for 9% quicker combo execution. Which makes it a bit easier for players who are new to riven (and in general) to make full use of her passive which is the main source of her dmg.
I don't know if you knew about it or not.. But the summary was kinda asking for an explanation, so there you go.
