This is where you are wrong good sir. You have to get in panth's range to do any damage to him at all. If you push the lane which is very easy to do as rumble and go to trade, you will get stunned and ganked and he will snowball off you.

Lol, I like how I found your guide by looking at C9 Balls' guide to Rumble where you call him out and say he doesn't know how to play the champion if he loses to Renekton then you rank Pantheon as an 8 difficulty. All you have to do to survive and outscale Pantheon is use your shield for his Q and any time he tries to damage you with autos or his E just turn on flame spitter. It's an easy matchup.
