Tried your build, didn't work.
first of all, thanks for the comment ^^.
second of all. i use both AD and AP runes because you don't really need Attack speed when you have 40% CDR in your build. the Q will be on like a 3 seconds cooldown late-game. thats why i don't use Attack speed. and for the Movement speed part, if your shield (w), doesn't get destroyed before it runs out, you have 1 second cd on it with 40% CDR, and in my opinion, the shield already gives enough movement speed :). but i hope you do like the build, you can change the runes to your liking ofcourse. try to experiment a bit with them. i like them like this. anyways, thanks again for reading and commenting on the guide ^^.
