best vi build

I have absolutely no idea how to code so I tried to make up with useful information :/ hopefully people still read and use this guide!

I went 20/4 using this build, well mostly, just a moment ago, worked great, although the other jungler, as you can see from the link, was terrible, 1/12 mord, dropped one ward the entire game.

Worked great, I want to see how it works when my team is not as strong or behind. Really was just devastating towards the end of the game, lots of double kills from single hits.
