Mid lane on the other hand, It could work if you fight a squishy assasin, with minimal cc. His q range has been buffed, so better for poking in lane, great sustain. Can burst squishies after ludens and morello, Great at setting up ganks or ganking botlane, gap closing, disengaging. His main Con is his terrible damage scaling, so you have to know when to go in or when not too, because rakan can easily get killed once he bursts his w and ult on a target, if he doesn't kill them. ap rakan mid really is a late game champ because of his ap and teamfighting potential
