- Skills mix between AD and AP making her a strange Champion IMO
This build has gone from a interesting hybrid to an overall straight ranged attack damage carry. Guinsoo's has been replaced with a Bloodthirster, her ruins are now the same as my other AD DPS, and I no longer carry Clarity on her as it pays to be more mana conscience so you can carry Exhaust for different reasons. I have also redone the masteries as they have changed in-game.
I have not changed the Summoner Spells as Flash/Exhaust works just fine still. Both can be used offensively or defensively as well. Exhaust can stop an enemy from escaping as easily and can ensure you the kill. It can also ensure your escape if used to stop an enemy from killing you. Flash can be used to widen the distance between you an a chasing opponent or opponents, as well as close a gap. Now, this is risky as you will not have it to escape if the situation turns.
I have changed her masteries to a common 21/0/9 as opposed to the past 15/0/15 I have had her spec'd due to the changes. Most notible reason being I don't have to have 15 points in Utility to get the movement speed buff.
Start by getting Make it Rain in order to farm easier and harass whomever you're laning against. Second, get Double Up as it will increase your harassing ability and it also does a nice chunk of damage if you manage to hit a Champion. Third, get Impure Shots. It will come in handy against Champions as it makes you attack fast and cause Grievous Wound, making healing harder for the enemy. This skill is also great for pushing towers. Get Bullet Time whenever you can, and use it wisely, as it is easy to escape or avoid if it is seen coming. If neccessary, it can also be used to farm a lane if it is full of minions. Continue to build fairly balanced, or pick either Make it Rain or Double Up to max out faster to do more damage to the opposing team. I have recently started maxing out her Double Up as it will hit extremely hard if you get good at lining up enemy Champions. (This really has not changed one bit)
I have changed her runes yet again to be more critical oriented as these are the runes I have been buying lately as I've started playing a lot of Gangplank. (These runes may change in the future when I get more rune pages.) I've taken nine Greater Marks of Malice for critical strike chance, nine Greater Seals of Furor for critical strike damage, nine Greater Glyphs of Might for attack damage, and stuck with three Greater Quintessences of Swiftness for a boost to her movement speed.
Start out with a Doran's Blade to boost her attack stats as she is spec'd in such a bizarre way. Purchase a Dagger and Boots of Swiftness to build Berserker's Grieves. Buy a B.F. Sword when possible, you may just be better off buying a Dagger first if you can't afford the Sword right away to build The Black Cleaver as it is cheap and extremely affective. Buy a Ruby Crystal and a Long Sword to build a Phage, then a Giant's Belt to finish a Frozen Mallet. Next, buy a B.F. Sword and a Vampiric Scepter for The Bloodthirster. Buy Brawler's Gloves and a Dagger to build a Zeal, then a Cloak of Agility, and then save up to finish a Phantom Dancer (you can sell your Doran's Blade for this or keep it to sell to build your Sword of the Divine. Lastly, buy a Recurve Bow and build a Sword of the Divine to finish the build. If fighting a Jax, you may want to build the Sword of the Divine earlier to help counter him. I'd suggest building this before The Bloodthirster or after it. (This has not changed either)
